NATIONAL FOOD DAY
On October 24th, National Food Day challenges us to explore, enjoy, and celebrate the food we eat. It's a day to focus on healthy, nutritious, and sustainable foods that are not only good for us but good for the planet, too!
#NationalFood Day
National Food Day is a day to remind people to “Eat Real.” It’s a call to action for everyone to discover the joys of food that is both delicious and wholesome. Imagine cutting back on sugary drinks and overly processed snacks to make room for vibrant vegetables, juicy fruits, whole grains, and sustainably raised proteins. National Food Day brings together a nationwide movement of food lovers, families, and farmers who envision a food system where everyone has access to healthy, affordable, and sustainable meals.
Today, we are asking everyone to seek a balance between nutrition, affordability and the environment. Our food should be produced with care for the environment, the farm animals, and the dedicated people who grow, harvest, and serve it. From lively community festivals to thousands of school activities, the day is packed with opportunities to learn and celebrate.
